The Problem: A global aerospace leader found themselves in an increasingly competitive market for top tier and tech talent.

The Approach: In response, we developed and launched an omni-channel strategy in order to create a seamless candidate experience and generate advanced insights into what jobs people were looking for and what content engaged visitors most. This data allowed us to create an omni-channel recruitment strategy that optimized channel and tactic effectiveness.

The Results: Due to greater understanding of the recruiting cycle, ideal candidate profiles, and better candidate journey understanding the new annual strategy resulted in 19% annual application increase, roughly 23,000 more applicants a year.
